I ended up leaving our slimed sock to dry and then later left it to soak in some water with Napisan in (I have a newborn in the house) when I took it out I was able to pull the slime off and it washed fine. The coloured powders were really effective at colouring the Glam Goo pink, blue or pink and blue to create a pretty violet colour. The kit didn’t seem to create too much mess but my mate had a wipe-clean tablecloth on her table to avoid any damage or mess.

The sparkles do sometimes fall out of the goo when playing with it so I would suggest if you are anti-glitter ask your children to play with it over a tray or up the kitchen table so you can clean away easily after. We opened the pack of slime and started to add some sparkles, Meme choosing the white ones and Harri putting a bit of everything in.
